About the product
Do my accounts or my data go through Namasoft?
No. The server runs on your own machine and talks to Google, Meta and LinkedIn directly, with the apps you registered and the logins your people connected. The server itself asks Namasoft nothing. One thing reaches this documentation site: when you open the management page, your browser reads one small file to see whether a newer version was released. It sends nothing about your installation. See Upgrading.
Which AI clients can I use?
Any client that can connect to an MCP server over HTTP and send a token with each request. The MCP tokens page gives a ready-made command for Claude Code and ready-made entries for Codex, for OpenCode and for a client that reads a configuration file. Claude on the web and the Claude desktop app can use it too, once the server is reachable from the internet. Connect an AI client has the steps for each.
Do I have to learn the names of the tools?
No. You ask in your own words and the AI client picks the tool. The tool reference is there for the curious and for administrators.
Can I ask in Arabic?
Yes, as far as your AI client understands Arabic. The management page and the server's own answers and refusals are in English.
Can several people share one installation?
Yes, and that is how it is meant to be used. Each person has their own user, their own tokens and their own connections to the platforms, and the activity log says who did what. Do not share a token. See Users and access.
What does it not do?
It does not create a Video campaign or manage Shopping campaigns in Google Ads, it does not post to WhatsApp or Threads, and it does not judge what a comment or a message says. The list is on What Marketing MCP is.
Safety
Can the AI client publish or spend without asking me?
Every change is a preview unless the request says to apply it, a post is a draft unless you asked for it to go live, and new campaigns and ads start paused. The server asks the AI client to show you each preview and wait for your yes. It cannot see your conversation, so it cannot prove you were asked: that is why the limits are there, and they hold whatever the AI client does. See How it keeps you safe.
Can the AI client raise a limit or turn on a switch?
No. Limits and switches are changed only by an administrator signed in to the management page. See Limits and switches.
A preview said the platform has not seen the change. Is that a problem?
No, it is the server being exact. Google checks a Google Ads preview, and Meta checks a campaign, an ad set and an ad. Everything else is checked by this server only: the platform may still refuse it when it is applied.
Can a published post be taken back?
No: people have seen it. A live post can be edited (Facebook and LinkedIn), hidden (Facebook) or deleted, each as a request of its own. See Editing and deleting posts.
Why can I not delete a campaign in Google Ads?
In Google Ads the server pauses campaigns, ad groups and ads and never removes them. Smaller things, such as a keyword, can be removed, and each removal asks for a second confirmation. See Google Ads.
Connections
Why do I have to connect Meta again every two months?
Meta gives no way to renew a connection: it ends after about 60 days. The Meta connection page and a notification warn you beforehand. Google stays connected, and LinkedIn renews itself for up to a year. See Meta.
An administrator turned on a switch. Why must everyone reconnect?
Some switches add a permission to the sign-in. A connection made before holds only what was granted then, so each person who needs the new ability signs in at the platform again and accepts it. Connections that do not need it keep working as they are.
Is one Google sign-in enough for Google Ads and for website analytics?
Yes. It is the same connection; website analytics adds two permissions to it once an administrator switches it on. See Website analytics.
Does the server need a public address?
Not to work on one machine. You need one when AI clients or people reach the server from other machines, when a platform's sign-in must return to an HTTPS address, and to post a picture from your media library to Instagram. Sending notifications and leads to your own system needs no public address: the server calls out. See Server settings.
Can two people connect the same Page or ad account?
Yes. Each connects with their own login and reaches what that login reaches at the platform. Daily caps are counted for each person.
Posting
I asked for a post and nothing appeared. Where is it?
It is a draft. A post is held unless you ask for it to be published now, or give a time. Open Drafts to publish or discard it. A draft made here does not show among your drafts in Meta Business Suite. See Posting.
What is the difference between scheduling on Facebook and the Queue?
Facebook holds a scheduled post itself and publishes it whether or not your server is running. Instagram and LinkedIn have no scheduling, so the server keeps those posts in its own Queue and publishes them at their time. See Scheduling.
What happens to a queued post if the server was off at its time?
It is published when the server is back, unless it is later than the administrator allows (24 hours unless changed). Then it is marked Missed and waits for you. See Scheduling.
Does deleting a post give me back one of today's posts?
No. The daily cap counts what was published, whatever happened to it afterwards.
Why does Instagram need a public address for a picture?
Instagram has no upload for pictures: it fetches them from a link. A video is uploaded, so it needs none. See Media.
Advertising
Why is everything I create paused?
So that nothing spends before you have looked at it. Switching on is a step of its own, and it is where the spending limits are checked. See How it keeps you safe.
A budget was refused although no limit seems to be set. Why?
On Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads the money limits are entered for each currency, and a currency with no entry refuses instead of allowing. An administrator enters a limit for your account's currency on Safety limits. See Limits and switches.
Are Google's conversions counted as leads?
No. In the overview and in reports, Google's conversions stay conversions and are not added to the leads of Meta and LinkedIn. See Overview and calendar.
Why is spend not added up across my accounts?
Money is never added across currencies. Totals of money are given for each currency.
Why is there no reach in the overview?
Reach counts people, and the same person can be reached on two platforms, by two posts or on two days. It cannot be added up, so the overview leaves it out. Ask for reach from one platform at a time. See Insights.
Does a budget plan or an alert rule stop spending?
No. A plan limits nothing and a rule only tells you. What refuses a change is a limit on Safety limits. See Budgets and alerts.
What is stored
Where is everything saved?
In the folder beside the executable: the settings, the database, uploaded media and kept reports. Copying that folder, with the server stopped, is a backup and is how you move the installation. The folder holds secrets. See Install.
Are leads, messages or customer lists kept on the server?
No. A lead, a private message and a customer's details pass through and are not stored: the activity log holds ids and counts for them. See What is never stored and Contact data.
What does the activity log keep of comments?
Your own content, and one thing of other people's: a Facebook or Instagram comment that you replied to, hid or deleted through the server is kept in that row. For LinkedIn the row keeps ids only. See The activity log.
How long are figures kept?
What History keeps is deleted after the number of days the administrator set, and LinkedIn's figures after a year at most whatever that setting says. Disconnecting a platform deletes what was kept from it for you. See History and retention.
Who can read my activity?
You see your own rows on My activity. Administrators see everyone's on All activity.
I forgot my password.
An administrator sets a new one for you with Reset password on Users. Your tokens keep working. It is worth having more than one administrator for this reason.
Where are the privacy policy and the terms?
